Plant Warranty Terms

Plants/Plantings: Plantings are warrantied for one year from the date of installation and are only applicable if the plant has completely (100%) died, however for this warranty to be valid, the homeowner must notify Extra Scapes LLC at first sign of any plant not looking ideal (not any later, no exceptions), this way Extra Scapes LLC can attempt to save the plant. If homeowner notifies us after the planting is dead or mostly dead, there will be no available warranty. Replacement labor is not included on any warranty. Warrantied plant replacements are not re-warrantied. We cannot warranty any problems from over or under watering, over or under fertilizing, neglect, vandalism, water damage, pet urine, vehicular or pedestrian traffic, work done by others, weather issues, timer issues, winds, etc. Any transplanted or relocated plants are not warranted.
